The Hosting Contract

A contract is established in due form : it warrants your rights and the terms and conditions of the services we offer.

Our Fees

For the first year, a contractual price is applied according to the yatch's last port of registry. It includes :

- administration duties and formalities with relevant authorities

- hosting honoraria based on the number of months left for the current year, and according to the size of the vessel. Hosting fees are due annually, at the beginning of each new year.

Registry Cancellations
CAPMS also manages :
- Flag registry cancellations,
- Changes of Home ports,
- Changes of Yacht names.

IMPORTANT GUIDELINES
You become liable to the annual navigation duty, if on January 1st of the current year :
- you are the owner of a French registered yacht, or if
- you have a French residence and use a yacht under a foreign flag.
The annual navigation duty should be paid whatever use of the yacht is made.

In the case of a change of address, of sale, of scrapping, theft or any other reassignment or change in your yacht's specifications, you must immediately inform CAP Maritime Services, who will take the necessary steps with the Customs' Office of port of registry. If you fly a French Flag, the ship's certificate of French registry should be filed within three months with the Customs Office of your home port.
CAP Maritime Services will carry out this formality in your name in the case of loss of the vessel, or if it no longer complies with the French registry terms and requirements.
